Enjoy a rare opportunity to see the Wildflower Center at night and explore the many insects in their gardens with guided flashlight tours and other events. Bug Night Out runs from 7 - 9 p.m., but the center will be open from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. Come prior to the start of Bug Night to enjoy fall blooms and eat a bug-themed dinner at the café. Don’t forget to bring your own flashlight (the store will be closed). They’ll also have several mercury light stations which attract some of the coolest critters of the night! While you’re exploring, keep a look out for their Dirt Critter Exploration Station and their Night Time Pollination Station.
